Leadership Skills for Supervisors, 2 days

Goal: to train participants to lead individuals and teams using an appropriate leadership style for increasing retention of personnel and maximizing productivity.

Supervising People, 2 days

Goal: to offer trainees specific human resources knowledge and skills in order to be able to perform their managerial role and achieve maximum performance
