GOAL
Line managers are key stakeholders of the organizational success. The development program is aimed to grow in a clear, simple and pragmatic manner leadership competencies and behaviours and personal skills.
CONTENT
The programe comprises the following training topics:
Basic Supervising Skills, 2 days
Goal: to offer to the participants an overview of their managerial role, transfer them a helpful tool to effectively manage subordinates
Leadership Skills for Supervisors, 2 days
Goal: to train participants to lead individuals and teams using an appropriate leadership style for increasing retention of personnel and maximizing productivity.
Supervising People, 2 days
Goal: to offer trainees specific human resources knowledge and skills in order to be able to perform their managerial role and achieve maximum performance
