Business Unit Quality Manager

We are searching for a Business Unit Quality Manager for a well-known automotive production company, located in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the quality activities in the allocated business unit.
• Participates in the customer related liaison and internal quality activities.
• Identifies and maintains corrective actions plan on quality issue and manages the process of resolving the complaints received from the client.
• Monitors and validates the conformity of components, products / processes in production.
• Provides data to support changes and drives continuous process improvement. 
• Prepares and leads customers’ audits.
• Ensures that the Quality System is respected within the activity.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality field within a multinational company in automotive industry
• Previous experience in a managerial position
• Good knowledge of Quality Tools and IATF 16949
• Very good command of English
• Leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving abilities.
