Finance Manager

We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Manager for our client, a greenfield production company, located in Resita.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                

• Setting up the Accounting and Controlling processes in Romania
• Correct execution of all accounts receivable and payable transactions
• Preparation of notifications, statistics, and internal reporting
• Preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close coordination with the headquarter
• Perform annual budget planning and forecasting, as well as monitoring in the current year
• Analysis of profits, costs and operational effects, derivation of measures to achieve targets, sparring partner for the site manager
• Preparation of profitability calculations with focus on costs, investments, cash flow, etc.
• Support of compliance and IT security measures (e.g., creating awareness)
• Manage, build up and induct the Finance team members step by step to ensure the necessary tasks, including annual budget planning
• Close communication and cooperation with the internal management and the corporate departments.

Requirements:

• High university degree
• 5 years of knowledge and experience in Accounting and Controlling in a manufacturing industrial company
• Several years of experience in budget planning and preparation of financial statements
• Experienced in the use of ERP systems (e.g. proAlpha, SAP, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Team-player, trustworthiness, flexibility
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
