HR Manager

We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Manager for our client, greenfield production company, located in Resita.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                         

• Setting up the HR processes in Romania
• Apply all measures of strategic and operative HR management for the Romanian plant via the whole employee lifecycle
• Set up all necessary internal rules and regulations, including occupational health and safety
• Establish the company as an employer of choice in Romania
• Recruit all necessary staff in close cooperation with the hiring departments
• Apply measures to keep company’s staff, including all actions towards personnel development
• Support and consult managers and staff as trustworthy internal department
• Responsibility for time attendance and payroll
• Execute special projects linked with HR topics or the plant, face to the public towards authorities, schools, university, etc.
• Manage, build up and induct the HR team members step by step to ensure the necessary tasks, including annual budget planning
• Close communication and cooperation with the internal management and the corporate departments

 Requirements:

• High university degree
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience in HR in a manufacturing industrial company
• Several years of experience in employer branding and recruiting
• Experience in the use of HR systems, e.g., for payroll, time, etc.
• Experience in meeting and workshop moderation
• Very good command of English
• Team-player, trustworthiness, flexibility
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
