HR Project Manager Learning & Development – German Speaker (remote)
Our client is a well-known international production company, located in Arad.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading global learning & development and talent & culture projects to ensure the achievement of company’s people strategy
- Implements global learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement
- Designs and delivers internal training programs and works closely with external partners to ensure high-quality and effective development programs
- Manages the Learning Academy activities, optimizes the Learning Management System (LMS) and identifies key learning needs across the organization
- Coaches and guides managers and HR Business Partners on performance management, talent development and learning strategies
- Develops resources, tools and platforms that facilitate development and drive a growth and learning culture within the organization
Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in German and English is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a global setting is considered a significant advantage
- Knowledgeable of HR processes and systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management, Succession Planning, etc.
- Project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Higher University degree
