Key Account Manager
We are searching for a Key Account Manager for our client, a greenfield production company, located in Resita.
The Key Account Manager will be allocated for the Waste Management Business Unit (focussed on smart solutions for waste separation towards a circular economy, making the world greener and more sustainable).
Responsibilities:
- Client Management with Municipalities, waste removal companies, container producers and distributors, especially in Romania.
- Main goal: winning tenders and customer orders in the Romanian market
- Close follow-up of public fund initiatives and tenders
- Joint preparation of tender applications with all necessary documentation
- Close communication and cooperation with product management and development in preparation of tenders and contracts
- Negotiation of contracts until conclusion
- Execute marketing activities to promote the products (online, offline, etc.)
- Expansion of the OEM and distributor network in Romania and neighbour countries
- Translating customer requirements into precise product requirements for product management and development
- Documentation and maintenance of sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Education and/or studies (or comparable career) in the interface between business and technology
- Commercial and modern mindset towards selling data and solutions rather than just selling a physical product
- Several years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks, including tenders
- Affinity to technical products and systems (e.g. Apps, RFID, etc.)
- Pioneering spirit, entrepreneurial, customer orientation and service attitude
- Self-motivated towards networking
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with ERP and CRM software
- Fluent in English
