Maintenance Manager

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager for our client, an important multinational production company in the automotive industry, located in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the maintenance department’s activity and team.
• Is in charge of the safe maintenance, install, repair or replacement of plant equipment, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
• Provides direction, motivation and development to the department’s employees.
• Ensures that all production equipment work at full use and that the production is continuous and minimally interrupted by breakdowns.
• Prepares preventive maintenance plans with regard to technical problems and requirements and production schedules.
• Coordinates the activities of subcontractors for construction, cleaning services, security services etc.

• Develops, plans and maintains the budget for the maintenance department.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant experience in automotive field
• Very good command of English
• Good knowledge of an ERP-software (SAP is an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills
• Proactive, reliable and flexible
