Quality Manager

Our client is an important automotive production company, located in Timișoara.

Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with the Quality Management System (including: IATF 16949, ISO14001/ ISO 9001/ OHAS 18001), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Supplier Quality Assurance processes.
• Leads the department (Customer Quality Team, Process Quality Team, Supplier Quality Team, Quality Laboratory, Quality Management System, etc.) to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to maximise profit potential and ensure efficiency.
• Leads and coordinates the audits, certification and recertification, as well as supplier development and improvement and plays a key role in ensuring project deliveries.
• Works proactively with all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Employees, to maintain a programme of continual improvement within their areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company in automotive industry
• Good knowledge of Quality Tools and IATF 16949
• Very good command of English
• Leadership skills
• Customer oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving abilities.
