Train The Trainer – Open Training Session 2025
The Train the Trainer diploma has national recognition from Labour Ministry and Education Ministry
Foreword
Training is often thought of as being a single event, isolated from business needs – such thinking fails to see the whole picture. Training needs to be a systematic process which begins with analyzing the training requirement in the context of business demands, and leads on to designing and delivering appropriate training solutions and evaluating the relevance of the learning to the organizational needs.
The course is designed to examine the techniques and disciplines required by those who have a training role. Communication and key tutoring skills are investigated and developed.
