Gabriela has been working as a development & project consultant since 2003 and as an HR consultant since 2006.

- 23 years of experience in project management field;
- interviewed about 2950 persons and coordinated more than7557 executive search and selection projects (for top, middle management and specialist positions).
She provided coaching for first line and middle managers and she was involved in designing and implementing consultancy programmes: e.g. Outplacement Assistance, Career Counselling, Assessment and Development Centres, Performance Management System Programmes, Training Needs Evaluation Programmes.
